Questions11 questions, answered properly.

Ask us the hard ones

These are the questions people ask before trusting something with their exchange account. Some have comfortable answers and some do not. Both kinds are written out here in full, in the same place.

You should be able to work out whether this is for you from this page alone, without booking a call and without signing up first. If something here is unclear, that is worth telling us about.

01

Your money

Does it hold my money?

we never hold funds

No, and it cannot. Your exchange API keys are encrypted on your own machine, trades execute on your account, and no funds ever pass through anything we operate. We also cannot recover your keys if you lose them, which is the part that makes the rest of the claim credible.

If I forget my passphrase, can you get my keys back?

no, and that is the proof

No. There is no reset link and no support ticket that fixes it, because your keys are encrypted with something only you know and we never had a copy. You would go to your exchange, cancel the old key and issue a new one, which takes a couple of minutes. Nothing of yours is lost when that happens, because the key was only ever permission to trade and never the money itself.

Is there leverage?

spot only, no leverage

No. Spot only, no leverage, no perpetuals, no synthetics, and no hidden route to any of them. The regulatory picture for decentralized derivatives is unsettled in a way spot is not, and building the capability first and asking afterwards is how projects end up somewhere they did not intend to be.

What happens if your company disappears?

the chain keeps running

The chain, the mesh, the exchange and the Signal Ledger keep running, because none of them depend on infrastructure we operate. The trading engine's subscription and billing are ours and would stop. Your keys and funds are unaffected because we never had them.

02

What it actually does

Will it make me money?

no number, but a full record

We will not give you a number, because any number would be a guess and we are not going to guess about your money. A bot does not predict markets. It executes a strategy consistently, without getting bored, scared, or distracted, and that consistency is genuinely valuable and is not the same thing as a return. What we can offer is a record of every decision made before the outcome was known, so our claims can be checked rather than believed.

Can I approve each trade before it happens?

you set the rules in advance

No. It is automation, not an approval queue. You configure the policy in advance, including the conditions under which it does nothing, and you get alerted after decisions are recorded. If you would rather approve each trade yourself, trading by hand will suit you better than any automation, including ours.

How is this different from the bots that already exist?

the record is checkable by anyone

Two things. Every signal is committed on-chain before the market moves, so the track record is verifiable by anyone rather than self-reported by us. And the inference runs on a decentralized network of staked GPUs that have to agree on the result, rather than on a server we control and could quietly change.

What does the public record say about me?

the decision, never who made it

Nothing that identifies you. What goes on the chain is the asset, the direction, how confident the engine was and the breakdown behind that, which model version ran, the time, and a hash of the inputs. It never records your exchange identity, your key, how much you put in, the price you got, your balance, or what you made or lost.

03

When, and what it costs

When can I actually use it?

closed beta around month nine

The quant engine, the non-custodial connector and the Signal Ledger arrive in closed beta around month nine of the build plan. The sentiment engine, the public desktop client and the marketplace follow. Those are estimates against a plan, and the build tracker shows whether they are holding rather than asking you to take our word for it.

Which exchanges will it work with?

the real list, before the beta

The list of venues supported at launch gets published in full before the closed beta opens, when it is a list of things that have been built and tested rather than a list of things we would like. It will cover the major spot exchanges most people already use, and it grows after that based on what people ask for. If the exchange you use is not on it, that is a real reason to wait.

Is this investment advice?

no, none of it

No. Nothing in the product or on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. It is a tool that executes rules you configure. Automated trading carries risk, including losing money.

Why the answers are this direct

Written the way we would want to be told

Every one of these could be answered more smoothly. Not with anything untrue, just with the sort of careful wording that leaves a pleasant impression without quite committing to it.

We would rather you could make up your mind properly. That means putting the answer in the first sentence and the reasoning after it, so you can stop reading as soon as you have what you needed. Where the answer is a plain no, it says no and then explains why, which is a good deal more useful than a paragraph that never quite arrives.

These are the answers we would want if it were our money going in. That is the whole standard, and it is the same one applied everywhere else on this site.
