Delete the data we hold about you

What we may hold

When you comment on our Facebook Page or its live videos, our Meta app "Atheron Social" may keep a copy of the comment, the name and profile link shown with it, and when it was posted.

The same goes for our other platforms, such as YouTube, X, Twitch, Kick, Bluesky, Discord and Telegram: a copy of what you wrote to us there, with the name shown with it.

How to ask us to delete it

1. Email privacy@aton-network.org with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Tell us your Facebook name, or send a link to the post or comment. For another platform, tell us which one and the name you use there.
3. We reply with a confirmation code. Keep it: it is how you can ask us about your request.

Or remove our app's access on Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites.
2. Choose Atheron Social and remove it. Our app then has no access to anything on your account.

What we delete, and when

Within 30 days of your request, we delete every copy our systems hold of your comments and messages, the name and profile link shown with them, and the identifiers that came with them.

This removes our copies. To remove a comment from Facebook itself, delete it there, or ask us in the same email to remove it from our Page.

What we may have to keep

Some records the law requires us to keep, such as records of paid orders, invoices and tax records, and what we need to settle a refund or a dispute. We keep only what each law requires, for as long as it requires, and delete the rest.

Your other rights

How we handle personal information, and your other rights, are in our privacy policy. Read the privacy policy
