Integrations
Type it once, and every system knows.
Your systems each hold part of the picture, and your team copies between them. We connect them, move records automatically, and automate the steps people repeat every day, with a log of every record that moved.

// how we build it
Nothing lost, nothing doubled.
- We map every field with the people who own each system, and agree which side wins when they disagree.
- Every sync is idempotent: a record sent twice is recorded once.
- Failed records wait in a queue and are retried. A dashboard shows what failed and why.
- We build and test against sandbox accounts first, and move to live systems only when the sandbox runs clean.
// stack
What we usually build with.
- runtime
- TypeScript on Node.js, with a queue for retries
- data
- PostgreSQL, holding the mappings and a record of every sync
- systems
- Stripe, Shopify, QuickBooks Online, your CRM and ERP, through their own APIs
- events
- Webhooks where a system sends them, with a catch-up pass for the ones that are missed
- hosting
- DigitalOcean by default, or your own cloud
// a typical first project
Three systems, one hub.
An integration hub that joins three of your systems, with webhooks, retries and monitoring. Open it in the estimator to see what it would cost.
// questions
Questions about integrations.
Why not use an off-the-shelf connector?
If one does what you need, use it, and we will say so. Custom work pays off when your rules, volumes or systems are more than a connector can handle.
Do you need our passwords?
No. We connect with the API keys or sign-in each system provides, created in your accounts, so you can switch them off at any time.
What happens when a system is down?
Records wait in a queue and go through once it is back. Nothing is lost, and the dashboard shows what is waiting.
Can our team change the rules later?
Simple settings, such as which records sync, can live in an admin page. Deeper changes are a small piece of work, and the code is documented for whoever does it.
