A CTO, part time
Senior judgement, without the full-time hire.
Founders need technical decisions made well long before they can hire a full-time CTO. Investors and buyers need to know what they are getting. We read the code, the servers and the plan, and tell you plainly what we find.

// how we work
Plain findings, in writing.
- Every review ends in a written report: what we found, how serious it is, and what fixing it would take.
- We say what we did not see. A review covers what it can in the access and time given, and the report says where that stopped.
- Due diligence findings go to the person who asked for them, under confidentiality, and to nobody else.
- We do not sell you a build on the back of a review. If you want one, we quote it separately.
// what we look at
Where a review goes.
- code
- Structure, tests, dependencies, documentation and how changes are reviewed
- infrastructure
- Hosting, networks, backups, monitoring and spend
- security
- Access, secrets, logging and known weak points
- team
- Who knows what, and what happens if someone leaves
- plan
- The roadmap against the budget and the team you have
// a typical first project
An architecture review.
We read your code and your setup, talk to the people who built it, and hand you a written report with a plan for what to do next. Book a call to start.
// questions
Questions about CTO and review work.
How much of our time does it take?
Little. We need access, a few conversations with the people who built it, and answers to our questions as they come up.
Can you be our CTO for a while?
Yes, part time and for as long as it is useful, usually until you hire your own. We help you hire them, then hand over.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, before we see anything. Due diligence work is kept confidential as a matter of course.
Does a review catch everything?
No. It is an expert reading of what we were shown, with its limits stated. It lowers your risk; it cannot remove it.
