No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, anywhere. What we do set is needed for something you asked for: the assistant, the support chat, or signing in to the client portal. Because each is needed for that, we do not ask for consent first.

The booking forms show Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is filling them in. It runs in Cloudflare's own frame, under Cloudflare's privacy policy, and may store what it needs for that check in your browser. Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from attacks, may also set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from automated traffic.

Signing in goes through accounts.aton-network.org, the sign-in service for your Atheron account, which sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in there. The portal's support chat keeps the same visitor identifier as the site's.

The progress tracker sets no cookies. Its support chat keeps the same visitor identifier as the site's.
05What we never use
No advertising cookies, no analytics or tracking cookies, no social media pixels, and no cookies from anyone who would follow you to other sites.
06Your choices
Each item above is needed for something you asked for, so we do not ask for consent before setting it, and you lose nothing else by refusing it. You can delete cookies and site storage in your browser's settings at any time. Without them, the assistant starts a new count, the chat starts a new conversation, and the client portal asks you to sign in again.
Our privacy notice says what we keep from a chat or a booking, and for how long.
07Language
This notice is published in English and in French, and both versions are equally authoritative. It is also published in Spanish, German and Urdu as a courtesy, and where one of those differs, the English governs.
