Terms of use.

The estimator, the starter package prices, the example projects and anything the ATON Assistant says about price or time are estimates to help you plan. They are not quotes or offers. A price is binding only in a written scope or agreement we both sign.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST or HST, and any other sales tax, is added where it applies. Hardware and third-party prices change and are confirmed at the time of a quote.

Projects are agreed in writing, with a scope, a price and a payment schedule: a deposit before work starts, payments at milestones, and a holdback after launch. The full terms are on our engagement page and in each agreement.

Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not commit either of us to anything.

The ATON Assistant is an AI assistant. It can be wrong. It answers questions about our services and helps you fill in the estimator and the enquiry form, and it never books, sends or agrees anything on its own. Do not share passwords, keys or other secrets with it.

Please do not use the site to send anything unlawful, to try to break it, or to send automated enquiries. We limit how often the forms can be used, and we may refuse enquiries that look automated.

The site, its words, designs and code are ours. Our product names belong to us. Nothing here gives you a licence to them.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we are not responsible for decisions made on an estimate alone. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law named below, and disputes go to the courts named there.

The law of British Columbia, Canada governs these terms. Disputes are heard by the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force when you used the site applies to that use.

These terms are published in English and in French. Both versions are equally authoritative.
