Crypto infrastructure

Built so compliance can read it and an auditor can follow.

Whether you run an exchange, hold assets in custody, issue tokens or run a DAO, the problem is the same. The chain is transparent, but the business around it often is not. We build the back offices, contracts, portals and bots that make it legible. We never build anything that promises a price.

// what you are up against

The problems we hear most.

01

Compliance beside the order book

Wallet screening, travel rule messages and large transaction reports live in separate vendor screens and a spreadsheet, and a regulator's question takes a week to answer.

02

Keys held by one person

A treasury that depends on one founder's hardware wallet is one lost device or one departure away from a crisis, and every payment needs that person online.

03

Vesting tracked by hand

Who is owed which tokens, when, under which agreement sits in a spreadsheet, and every unlock means manual transfers and nervous checking.

04

A community with no memory

Discord and Telegram moderators answer the same questions, verify holders by screenshot and lose track of who was warned for what.

Each one is hypothetical, labelled as such, and priced live from our rate card. Open any of them in the estimator and make it yours.

Compliance back office

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A crypto trading platform runs wallet screening, travel rule messages and transaction reports in separate tools and a spreadsheet, so no one sees a customer's whole picture.

// What we would build

A web back office that brings wallet screening results, travel rule exchanges, customer due diligence and reportable transactions into one case view, with a full audit trail and exports in the formats your reports need.

// What is in it

  • One case per customer, with screening hits, transfers and documents together
  • Travel rule messages sent and received through your chosen provider
  • Queues for reportable and suspicious transactions, with reviewer sign-off
  • An audit trail of every decision and every change to a case
  • Exports for regulator requests and the external auditor

  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Wallet screening API
  • Travel rule provider API

Investigation assistant

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

Analysts spend hours tracing flows between addresses and writing up the same background on each case before they can judge it.

// What we would build

An assistant on an open-source model, served on GPUs the business controls so customer and case data never reach a model provider, that gathers on-chain history and internal records for a case and sets out the facts with their sources for the analyst to judge.

// What is in it

  • Tools to pull an address's on-chain history and linked internal records
  • A case summary where every statement links to the transaction or record behind it
  • The analyst concludes and files; the assistant never makes a determination
  • An evaluation set built from closed cases, run before every change

Multisig treasury for a DAO

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A DAO's treasury sits behind one or two keys, payments to contributors are sent by hand, and members cannot see what was paid or why.

// What we would build

A multisig treasury with spending policies written into audited contracts, and a web app where signers review and approve payments and members see the treasury's history in plain terms.

// What is in it

  • A multisig wallet with spending limits and roles set by the DAO
  • Payment requests with purpose, approvals and the transaction that settled them

Token vesting and claim portal

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A token issuer tracks team, advisor and investor vesting in a spreadsheet and sends each unlock by hand, which is slow and easy to get wrong.

// What we would build

Vesting contracts that release tokens on the agreed schedule, with a portal where each holder signs in, completes the identity checks your compliance team requires and claims what has vested.

// What is in it

  • Vesting contracts with cliffs, schedules and revocation where agreements allow
  • A claim portal with wallet sign-in and an identity check before the first claim
  • An admin view of every grant, what has vested and what has been claimed
  • Contracts audited by an independent firm before deployment

// questions

What buyers in this industry ask us.

Do you build anything that trades or promises gains?

No. We build compliance systems, custody tooling, contracts, portals and bots. We make no claims about prices or trading outcomes, and we do not design products marketed on them.

Can you work under crypto rules in Canada and abroad?

Yes. We build to the requirements your compliance team sets out, such as FINTRAC registration duties, securities regulators' terms for trading platforms or MiCA in the EU. We do not give legal advice.

How do payments work?

A deposit to start, then payments at agreed milestones, with 10% held until 30 days after launch. The deposit is a smaller share on larger projects.

Who owns the code and the contracts?

You do, once the work is paid for, including the contract source and the deployment keys we hand over.

// where we work

Find your market.

We work from Kelowna with clients across Canada, the United States and further afield. Each market page covers working hours, hosting, the privacy law that applies, and prices in your currency.
