Discord bots for esports

Roles, schedules and reminders where your team already is.

Most teams and creators already live in Discord, so the most useful tools often belong there too. We build bots that take the repetitive work off your managers: availability, reminders, roles for members, and changes posted the moment they are made.

// what matters here

What is different in this industry.

01

Availability in a reply

Players answer in Discord and the roster calendar fills itself.

02

Roles that follow membership

Join, renew or cancel and the matching Discord roles follow.

03

Changes posted at once

A moved scrim or a new practice block goes straight to the people affected.

04

Kept to your server's rules

The bot only does what your admins allow, and every action is logged.

Roster and scrim scheduling

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A team with an academy squad arranges practice, scrims, VOD reviews and travel across Discord threads, and players and coaches keep missing changes.

// What we would build

A phone app and web app for the roster, with practice blocks, scrims booked against other teams, VOD review sessions and travel in one calendar, and a Discord bot that posts changes and takes availability. Guardian consent and contact rules for players under 18 follow what your advisers set.

// What is in it

  • One calendar for practice, scrims, reviews and travel
  • Availability from each player, by phone or in Discord
  • Scrims booked with other teams, with the result noted
  • A Discord bot for reminders and last-minute changes
  • Guardian consent and contact rules for academy players

Fan memberships and store

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A streamer's supporters pay through three platforms and a merch site run by a print shop, and the streamer holds no list of their own members or what each one gets.

// What we would build

Your own membership site with monthly tiers by Stripe, perks such as Discord roles and early videos, a store for merch and digital goods, and a dashboard of members and orders, designed around your brand. Platform subscriptions keep running beside it; this one is yours.

// What is in it

  • Monthly membership tiers with perks you set
  • Discord roles given and removed with each membership
  • A store for merch, with orders passed to your print supplier
  • Members-only posts and early videos
  • A dashboard of members, renewals and orders

// questions

Questions we get about this.

Can one bot serve both our team server and our fan server?

Yes, with different permissions in each, so fans never see roster business.

Can the bot post to Twitch chat as well as Discord?

It can post through Twitch's published chat API where your channel allows it. We check what your setup needs before we quote.

What happens if Discord changes its API?

Under a support plan we watch for changes and update the bot. Without one, we quote the fix when it is needed.
