Creator and team software

The business side, off your plate.

A team or a creator runs on a Discord server, five platform dashboards, a sponsor spreadsheet and a manager's memory. We build the tools behind the content: memberships and a store, proof for every sponsor, schedules for the roster, the numbers in one place, and help with clips and VODs.

// what you are up against

The problems we hear most.

01

Proving sponsor deliverables

Every contract lists streams, posts and logo minutes, and someone gathers screenshots and links by hand to prove each one.

02

Numbers on five dashboards

Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X each report differently, and the monthly picture is rebuilt in a spreadsheet.

03

Scrims by group chat

Practice blocks, scrims and travel are arranged in Discord threads, and players and coaches miss changes.

04

Fans spread across platforms

Supporters pay through several platforms, each taking its share, and you hold no list of your own fans.

// example projects

Systems we could build for you.

Each one is hypothetical, labelled as such, and priced live from our rate card. Open any of them in the estimator and make it yours.

Fan memberships and store

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A streamer's supporters pay through three platforms and a merch site run by a print shop, and the streamer holds no list of their own members or what each one gets.

// What we would build

Your own membership site with monthly tiers by Stripe, perks such as Discord roles and early videos, a store for merch and digital goods, and a dashboard of members and orders, designed around your brand. Platform subscriptions keep running beside it; this one is yours.

// What is in it

  • Monthly membership tiers with perks you set
  • Discord roles given and removed with each membership
  • A store for merch, with orders passed to your print supplier
  • Members-only posts and early videos
  • A dashboard of members, renewals and orders

Roster and scrim scheduling

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A team with an academy squad arranges practice, scrims, VOD reviews and travel across Discord threads, and players and coaches keep missing changes.

// What we would build

A phone app and web app for the roster, with practice blocks, scrims booked against other teams, VOD review sessions and travel in one calendar, and a Discord bot that posts changes and takes availability. Guardian consent and contact rules for players under 18 follow what your advisers set.

// What is in it

  • One calendar for practice, scrims, reviews and travel
  • Availability from each player, by phone or in Discord
  • Scrims booked with other teams, with the result noted
  • A Discord bot for reminders and last-minute changes
  • Guardian consent and contact rules for academy players

Creator data hub

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A creator agency gathers each creator's numbers from five platforms by hand every month, then retypes them into its CRM and its invoices.

// What we would build

An internal service that collects channel and post figures from each platform's published API under each creator's own authorisation, keeps them in one store, and passes them to your CRM, your dashboards and your invoicing. Built on each platform's published API; we check the access each one gives before we quote.

// What is in it

  • Connectors to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X, as each allows
  • Each creator's own authorisation, revocable at any time
  • One store of figures by creator, platform and period
  • Figures passed to your CRM and invoicing
  • Alerts when a platform's access changes or fails

Clip and VOD assistant

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A streamer's editor watches hours of VOD each week to find the moments worth clipping, then writes chapters and titles for every upload.

// What we would build

An assistant that transcribes each VOD with an open-source model on servers you control, suggests moments worth clipping with their timestamps, and writes chapter markers and a first pass at titles and descriptions. Your editor picks, trims and approves; nothing is posted without them.

// What is in it

  • VODs transcribed on servers you control
  • Suggested clip moments with timestamps and a reason
  • Chapter markers and a first pass at titles and descriptions
  • Search across every past stream by what was said
  • Your editor approves everything before it is posted

Brand deal pipeline, rescued

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A creator agency paid a supplier for a deal-tracking app that stalled half built, and its talent managers went back to spreadsheets and email to track briefs, offers and contracts.

// What we would build

We start with a short architecture review of what was built and tell you plainly what to keep. Then we finish it as a pipeline from first brief to paid invoice, with an assistant that reads incoming briefs and fills in the deal for a manager to check.

// What is in it

  • An architecture review of the stalled app, with a plain recommendation
  • Every deal from brief to offer, contract, delivery and invoice
  • An assistant that reads briefs and fills in the deal for review
  • Each manager's creators, deals and deadlines on one screen
  • The spreadsheets moved in, and checked with your team

League sponsor record

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A regional league sells sponsorship across its teams' streams and events, and the league, the teams and the sponsors each keep their own tally of what was delivered.

// What we would build

A shared web app where teams record each delivered placement and the league confirms it, with every entry written to a private permissioned ledger the league and each team run a node of. A shared report from one host often does this job; the ledger helps when several parties want one record none of them can quietly change.

// What is in it

  • Placements recorded by teams and confirmed by the league
  • Each entry written to a private ledger, a node per party
  • Totals by sponsor, team and season
  • A read-only view for each sponsor of its own placements
  • A plain export of the record for any member

// questions

What buyers in this industry ask us.

How is this different from your gaming page?

Gaming covers studios and their players. This page covers the teams, leagues, streamers and agencies who build a business around games and content.

Where are you, and who do you work with?

We are in British Columbia and work with teams, creators and agencies anywhere; we set our working hours around yours. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

How do payments work?

A deposit to start, then payments at agreed milestones, with 10% held until 30 days after launch. The deposit is a smaller share on larger projects.

Will this grow our audience or our income?

We make no such promise. We build tools that save your team time and give you your own records; what you do with them is yours.

// where we work

Find your market.

We work from Kelowna with clients across Canada, the United States and further afield. Each market page covers working hours, hosting, the privacy law that applies, and prices in your currency.
