Gym member apps

Your brand on the app, and booking in a few taps.

The app that came with your gym software is the same app every other gym has. We build a member app and site under your brand, around the way your locations book, sell and check in, and connect them to the management system you keep or replace it.

// what matters here

What is different in this industry.

01

Your brand, not the platform's

Members open an app with your name, colours and voice, and features you choose rather than a vendor's roadmap.

02

Booking in a few taps

Classes, waitlists and packs across every location, with a booked spot added to the member's calendar.

03

Payments that just work

Memberships and packs are paid in the app through a payment processor, so card numbers never touch your systems.

04

Coaches see who is coming

Coaches see attendance, notes and new members before each class on their own dashboard.

Each one is hypothetical, labelled as such, and priced live from our rate card. Open any of them in the estimator and make it yours.

Example projectWeb appMobile app

Gym and studio member app

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A group of gyms and studios runs bookings, memberships and check-in through a white-label app that members find clumsy and the brand cannot change.

// What we would build

A branded iOS and Android app and member site for class booking, waitlists, memberships and payments, with check-in by QR code at the door and a coach dashboard, connected to the club's existing management system or replacing it.

// What is in it

  • Class booking and waitlists across every location
  • Memberships, class packs and payments in the app
  • Check-in by QR code at the front desk
  • Coach dashboard with attendance and class notes
  • Push reminders and offers members can switch off
  • English and French, under your own brand

// Stack

  • React Native
  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Stripe
  • Gym management system interface
  • DigitalOcean

// questions

Questions we get about this.

Can we keep our gym management software?

Usually, through its interface. If it has none worth using, the app can replace it, and we price both routes.

Do members need a new account?

No. Existing members are moved across and sign in with their email the first time.

Can the studio app handle several locations?

Yes. Classes, coaches and pricing are set per location, and members book at any of them.
