Sport and fitness apps

Software your members open every week.

Your members judge you by how easy it is to book. Your coaches judge you by what they can see between sessions, and your fans by how close the club feels. We build the apps, models and bots behind all three, under your brand rather than a platform's.

// what you are up against

The problems we hear most.

01

A white-label app like all the rest

The booking app came with the gym software, carries someone else's design and cannot do the one thing your members keep asking for.

02

Coaching that stops at the door

Coaches see athletes for an hour a week and have no reliable view of how they move, train or recover the rest of the time.

03

Fans in channels you do not run

Supporters gather in Discord servers and Telegram groups, and the club's news, ticket releases and member perks reach them late or not at all.

04

Tickets resold at any price

Season ticket holders resell on outside sites at prices the club cannot see or cap, and fans pay for fakes.

Each one is hypothetical, labelled as such, and priced live from our rate card. Open any of them in the estimator and make it yours.

Gym and studio member app

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A group of gyms and studios runs bookings, memberships and check-in through a white-label app that members find clumsy and the brand cannot change.

// What we would build

A branded iOS and Android app and member site for class booking, waitlists, memberships and payments, with check-in by QR code at the door and a coach dashboard, connected to the club's existing management system or replacing it.

// What is in it

  • Class booking and waitlists across every location
  • Memberships, class packs and payments in the app
  • Check-in by QR code at the front desk
  • Coach dashboard with attendance and class notes
  • Push reminders and offers members can switch off
  • English and French, under your own brand

Movement analysis for coaches

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A coaching business trains clients remotely, and coaches cannot see whether a squat, a lift or a rehab exercise is done safely between sessions.

// What we would build

A mobile app where clients record a set and a custom pose model, fine-tuned on clips the coaches have labelled, marks the reps and the points to watch, so the coach reviews and replies with the video already annotated.

// What is in it

  • Clients record a set on the phone, with framing guidance
  • Reps counted and key positions marked by the model
  • A model fine-tuned on your coaches' labelled clips, scored before release
  • Coaches review, correct and reply with notes on the video
  • Subscriptions and coach assignments in the app

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A club's supporters gather in Discord and Telegram, but match news, ticket releases and member perks are posted by hand, late, and members are verified by screenshot.

// What we would build

Season tickets, fair resale

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A club's season ticket holders resell seats on outside sites at prices the club cannot cap, and fans regularly arrive with tickets that are fake or already used.

// What we would build

Season tickets issued as tokens with a resale cap and a club-approved marketplace written into audited smart contracts, so a seat changes hands at a fair price and the gate checks the current holder. If your ticketing provider already offers capped resale you trust, keep it; this suits clubs that want the rules in their own hands.

// What is in it

  • Season tickets issued to holders, with or without a wallet
  • Resale only through the club marketplace, at or under the cap
  • Gate scanning that checks the current holder of each seat
  • An independent audit of the contracts before the season
  • Tickets for entry only, never sold as investments

Member app redesigned for booking

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A fitness chain's members say its app makes booking a class harder than walking in; popular classes fill before they find them, and the waitlist confuses everyone.

// What we would build

A redesign built from member interviews and tests: the week's classes on the first screen, booking and waitlists in one tap with clear states, reminders members choose, built to WCAG 2.1 AA, and a design system for the chain's web and app.

// What is in it

  • Interviews and usability tests with your members

// questions

What buyers in this industry ask us.

Do you work with small studios and big clubs?

Yes. A fan bot or a member app suits a small business, and the estimator shows the range for your scope.

Can you take over an app another developer started?

Often, after we review the code. We tell you plainly whether to continue it or start again.

How do payments work?

A deposit to start, then payments at agreed milestones, with 10% held until 30 days after launch. The deposit is a smaller share on larger projects.

Who owns the code, contracts and models?

You do, once the work is paid for, including models trained on your coaches' clips.

// where we work

Find your market.

We work from Kelowna with clients across Canada, the United States and further afield. Each market page covers working hours, hosting, the privacy law that applies, and prices in your currency.
