Supply chain software

See past the first tier, and when orders really land.

Your supply chain is a set of promises made by companies you mostly cannot see. We build the systems that make them visible: a control tower for what is inbound, portals that reach suppliers several tiers down, a ledger nobody can quietly rewrite and agents that read the news before your buyers do.

// what you are up against

The problems we hear most.

01

The real date is in an inbox

Purchase orders live in the ERP, confirmations in email and container milestones on carrier websites, so a late shipment is noticed when the shelf is empty.

02

Nobody can see past tier one

Customers and regulators ask where materials come from, and the answer sits with mills, smelters and farms you have no contract with.

03

Risk arrives as a headline

A supplier's fire, strike, insolvency or sanctions listing reaches procurement through the news, after orders are already late.

04

The annual spreadsheet chase

Sustainability and sourcing questionnaires go out to hundreds of suppliers by email every year, and come back in as many formats.

Each one is hypothetical, labelled as such, and priced live from our rate card. Open any of them in the estimator and make it yours.

Inbound control tower

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A distributor tracks purchase orders, supplier confirmations and inbound containers across the ERP, carrier websites and a spreadsheet, so a slipped vessel is found when customers start calling.

// What we would build

A web control tower that joins ERP purchase orders, supplier confirmations and carrier and port milestones into one view per order, with alerts when a promised date slips and a list of the customer orders it puts at risk.

// What is in it

  • Every open purchase order with its supplier confirmation and inbound shipment
  • Carrier, port and container milestones pulled from their APIs and EDI
  • Alerts when a promised date slips, naming the customer orders affected
  • Supplier scorecards on confirmations and on-time delivery
  • Planner notes and decisions kept against each order

// Stack

  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • EDI (X12 and EDIFACT)
  • Carrier and port tracking APIs
  • Microsoft Azure

Multi-tier sourcing ledger

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

An apparel brand has to show where its cotton and trims come from, past its direct suppliers, and the answer is buried in mill invoices and declarations several tiers down that nobody can check.

// What we would build

A supplier portal where each tier, from the garment factory to the mill and the ginner, declares what it bought and from whom against shipping documents. Each declaration is recorded on a private permissioned ledger the brand, its main suppliers and an independent auditor each run a node of, so the brand sees the chain of custody and nobody upstream can quietly change a declaration once a buyer has relied on it.

// What is in it

  • Supplier portal in each tier's language, with invitations passed down the chain
  • Declarations of inputs and sources tied to invoices and shipping documents
  • Chain of custody from a finished product back to the raw material's origin
  • An auditor node that countersigns site audits and certificates
  • Gaps flagged wherever a tier has not declared its own suppliers
  • Exports for due diligence reports and customer questionnaires

Supplier risk watch agent

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A procurement team learns about a supplier's fire, strike, sanctions listing or insolvency from the news, after the orders that depend on it are already late.

// What we would build

An agent that reads news, sanctions lists and public filings every day, matches them to your suppliers and the parts each one makes, and writes a short brief for the buyer. It runs on an open-source model in your own cloud account, because the supplier list, part numbers and spend are commercially sensitive.

// What is in it

  • Supplier list and part mapping imported from the ERP
  • Daily read of news, sanctions lists and public filings in several languages
  • Each match explained, with links to its sources
  • Briefs for the buyer on what changed and which orders depend on it
  • Evaluation set of past events, run before every change
  • An open-source model served on GPUs in your own cloud account

Supplier sustainability portal

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

Customers and lenders ask for product carbon and sourcing data, and the sustainability lead collects it from hundreds of suppliers by spreadsheet every year.

// What we would build

A web portal where suppliers answer one shared questionnaire, upload their evidence and carry last year's answers forward, with a review queue for your team and exports in the formats your customers ask for.

// What is in it

  • Supplier invitations, reminders and a questionnaire that adapts to the supplier's category
  • Evidence uploads with expiry dates and reminders
  • Last year's answers carried forward for review, not retyped
  • Review queue with comments sent back to the supplier
  • Roll-ups by product, category and region, with exports for customers

Shipment events API

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

Purchase orders, supplier confirmations and carrier milestones arrive by EDI, by email and from four carrier portals, and every customer who asks where their order is gets the answer from a person reading a screen.

// What we would build

One API that states where everything is: orders, shipments, containers and milestones, read from your ERP and your carriers, with webhooks your customers and your own apps subscribe to instead of asking.

// What is in it

  • Eleven resources: orders, lines, shipments, containers, milestones, documents, exceptions and the rest
  • REST for your customers and GraphQL for your own screens, on one service
  • OAuth 2.0 with scopes for customers, API keys for internal callers
  • Webhooks on every milestone and exception, signed, retried and logged
  • Joined to your ERP, your EDI gateway and two carrier systems
  • A developer portal, a sandbox and client libraries in two languages
  • Load-tested to the uptime target you choose, with latency watched from day one

Demand planning off the spreadsheet

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A distributor's demand plan is a workbook of linked spreadsheets that takes a planner two days to refresh each month, and one broken formula can throw off purchase orders for weeks.

// What we would build

A move of the plan to a web app: we take the workbook apart, write down every rule and formula, test the new app against months of past plans, and give planners a screen where sales history, forecasts and purchase suggestions update from your ERP.

  • Every rule and formula in the workbook written down

// questions

What buyers in this industry ask us.

Do you work with global supply chains?

Yes. We are in British Columbia and work with clients and suppliers anywhere; prices are in Canadian dollars, and portals can run in the languages your suppliers use.

Can you help with forced labour reporting?

We build the systems that collect and trace the evidence, to the rules your compliance team names, such as Canada's Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act. The report and the legal judgement stay with your advisers.

How do payments work?

A deposit to start, then payments at agreed milestones, with 10% held until 30 days after launch. The deposit is a smaller share on larger projects.

Who owns the code and the ledger?

You do, once the work is paid for. Each partner owns the node it runs; the code and the network design are yours.

// where we work

Find your market.

We work from Kelowna with clients across Canada, the United States and further afield. Each market page covers working hours, hosting, the privacy law that applies, and prices in your currency.
