The GDPR, designed in

Data minimisation, a lawful basis for each use, records of processing and a data processing agreement are the starting point for any system that touches personal data in Germany. Ours is published on the site.

Industry and its suppliers

Manufacturers and their suppliers, many of them mid-sized family firms, run on quality, traceability and long relationships. Software here is judged on how well it fits the process, not on how new it looks.

Supply chain duties

Supply chain and sustainability reporting rules ask firms to know more about their suppliers than ever. Supplier portals and shared records make that data easier to collect and to trust.

We set our working hours around yours, so you reach us when it suits you.
Calls on Microsoft Teams in English, Monday to Friday. Our site, estimator and terms are in German too.
Prices are worked out in Canadian dollars from our published rate card. The euro figures beside them are conversions at the card's rate.
Invoices are in Canadian dollars. A client billed outside Canada pays no Canadian sales tax. Pay by card or wire transfer, as our terms set out.

Yes. Name Germany or the EU in the estimator and we host in Frankfurt or another EU region, with backups and logs in the same place.

Will you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. Our data processing agreement is published on the site, so your data protection officer can read it before we start.

Are calls in German?

Calls are held in English. Our site, the estimator and our terms are available in German, with English as the governing version of the terms.
