AI answers first, a person second.
A live chat product built for other companies to use, in the same codebase as our own back office. A customer pastes one snippet into their site, the widget loads in its own frame, and an agent trained on their content answers while their team watches.

- Puts a chat widget on any website from one snippet, loaded in its own frame so it never clashes with the host's styles.
- Answers first with an AI agent trained by scanning the customer's site and from the files and answers they give it.
- Hands over to a person in one click, with the whole conversation already in front of them.
- Translates live, so a visitor and an operator each write in their own language.
- Is built to bill each workspace in Canadian dollars, by seat, with a free plan and a trial.

- Multi-tenant from the first migration: one schema, every row owned by a workspace, and no query that can cross one.
- The agent's limits are written into the tools it may call, not only into the prompt.
- A spend cap per workspace, so a busy month or an abusive visitor cannot run up a bill.
- The widget's frame stays hidden until the widget says it is ready, so a visitor never sees a white square.
- It never pretends to be a person, and it says so when asked.
- One workspace while it is coming soon: the multi-tenant code is built and tested, and a second workspace cannot be created yet.
