Yes. Staff renew them from the register and record payment by cheque or phone, and they count like everyone else.

Does the online ballot meet our constitution's voting rules?

We build to the rules your officers and advisers set out from your constitution and bylaws. We do not interpret them for you.

Can the credits rules change from one cycle to the next?

Yes. Staff set each cycle's requirement and categories, and past cycles keep their own rules.
