Selling to North America

Indian software, pharma and services firms sell to buyers who ask about SOC 2, HIPAA, PIPEDA and the GDPR before they sign. We build the systems those buyers will review, to their controls.

A new privacy law

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, in force in full from May 2027, brings consent, notice and data rights to everyone who handles personal data in India. We design for it now rather than retrofit it.

Hosting in India

  • We set our working hours around yours, so you reach us when it suits you.
  • Calls on Microsoft Teams in English, Monday to Friday, booked with the times shown in your own time zone.
  • Prices are worked out in Canadian dollars from our published rate card. The rupee figures beside them are conversions at the card's rate.
  • Invoices are in Canadian dollars, with no Canadian sales tax for a client billed outside Canada. Pay by card or wire transfer, as our terms set out.
