We are based in Kelowna, British Columbia, and most of our work is for companies in Canada and the United States. Mexico, Bermuda, Greenland and Saint Pierre and Miquelon are served the same way: remotely, with working hours set around yours and the build visible in your client portal.

Hours set around yours

We set our working hours around yours, so you reach us when it suits you.

Contracts and language

Our terms, master services agreement and estimator are published in English, French, Spanish, German and Urdu. Calls are held in English on Microsoft Teams, booked from our calendar with the times shown in your own time zone.

Money and invoices

Canadian clients are invoiced in Canadian dollars, with GST or HST where it applies. A client billed in the United States may be invoiced in US dollars, with the rate locked when the SOW is signed. Everyone else is invoiced in Canadian dollars.

Where your data lives

Name a country in the estimator and the hosting, backups and logs stay there: Toronto or Montréal in Canada, New York or Northern Virginia in the US, or Mexico.

We are based in Kelowna and work remotely with every client, so there is no office to visit anywhere. Calls are on Teams, and everything we build is visible in your client portal.
