Contracts and language

Our terms, master services agreement and estimator are published in English, French, Spanish, German and Urdu. Calls are held in English on Microsoft Teams, booked from our calendar with the times shown in your own time zone.

Money and invoices

Prices are worked out in Canadian dollars from our published rate card, with US dollars beside them as a conversion. Invoices are in Canadian dollars, with no Canadian sales tax for a client billed outside Canada, and you pay by card, wire transfer or USDC, as our terms set out.

Where your data lives

Name a country in the estimator and the hosting stays there where a provider has a region: São Paulo in Brazil, or Mexico. Elsewhere you choose the nearest region that suits you, often the US.

Every client is checked against the Canadian, US, UN and EU sanctions lists when they sign. If you are in a country listed on this page, you can start a project with us.

Can we see prices in our own currency?

This page shows US dollars beside the Canadian figure. Our rate card holds no rate for most other currencies, so we do not invent one; your bank or card converts at payment.

Do you build in Spanish and Portuguese?

We build the software in the languages your customers use. Our own site is in English, French, Spanish, German and Urdu; for Portuguese we build the screens to your words or a translator's.
