Hours set around yours

We set our working hours around yours, so you reach us when it suits you.

Contracts and language

Our terms, master services agreement and estimator are published in English, French, Spanish, German and Urdu. Calls are held in English on Microsoft Teams, booked from our calendar with the times shown in your own time zone.

Money and invoices

Prices are worked out in Canadian dollars from our published rate card, with US dollars beside them as a conversion. Invoices are in Canadian dollars, with no Canadian sales tax for a client billed outside Canada, and you pay by card, wire transfer or USDC, as our terms set out.

Where your data lives

Name Germany, the EU or another country in the estimator: we host in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, Stockholm, Milan, Spain, Ireland or Zurich, with backups and logs in the same place. Our data processing agreement is published on the site.
