Senior care apps

More time for care, less for paperwork.

Your caregivers are scheduled by phone and group text, families want to know the visit happened, and notes are written at the end of a long shift. We build the caregiver apps, family portals and back office tools that give your team more time with the people they care for. The care team decides; the software records and routes.

// what you are up against

The problems we hear most.

01

Shifts filled by phone

A sick call means an hour of calls and group texts to find a caregiver who is free, qualified and close enough.

02

Families left wondering

Families want to know the visit happened and how their parent is doing, and they call the office to find out.

03

Notes after a long shift

Care notes are written from memory at the end of the day, in a second language for many caregivers.

04

Billing rebuilt from timesheets

Invoices to families and funders are rebuilt each month from timesheets that do not match the schedule.

Caregiver app with visit check-in

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A home care agency schedules caregivers by phone and group text, cannot confirm visits happened until timesheets arrive, and spends hours filling every sick call.

// What we would build

An iOS and Android app for caregivers and a web app for coordinators: schedules, visit check-in and check-out, tasks and notes from the care plan the team wrote, and open shifts offered to the right caregivers in one tap.

// What is in it

  • Schedules and client details on the caregiver's phone
  • Visit check-in and check-out, live for coordinators
  • Tasks and notes from the care plan your team wrote
  • Open shifts offered to qualified caregivers nearby
  • Every screen in the languages your caregivers speak
  • Incidents reported with photos, sent to a nurse or supervisor

Family portal

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A retirement residence answers dozens of calls a day from families asking about meals, activities and how their parent is doing, and mails monthly invoices on paper.

// What we would build

A web and mobile portal for families: updates and photos the care team chooses to share, activities and menus, messages to the right staff member, and invoices and payments, with access set by the resident or their representative.

// What is in it

Care note summariser on a private model

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A home care agency's supervisors read dozens of short notes a day, written in a hurry and often in a second language, to spot the clients who need a nurse's visit.

// What we would build

A tool that turns each caregiver's notes into a clear summary in the supervisor's language and flags notes that mention a fall, a missed meal or a change the care plan says to report, for a person to review. It runs on an open-source model in the agency's own cloud account, so client details never reach an outside provider, and it never suggests care.

// What is in it

  • Clear summaries of each day's notes, in the supervisor's language
  • Flags for what your care plans say to report, for a person to review
  • Original notes always kept beside the summary
  • No suggestions of care or diagnosis, ever
  • Runs in your own cloud account

Operations dashboard

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

The owner of a home care agency sees visits in the scheduler, hours in payroll and invoices in accounting, and finds missed visits and unbilled hours weeks later.

// What we would build

A dashboard that reads scheduling, visit check-ins, payroll and billing into one model, so the owner sees visits completed and missed, hours worked against hours billed, and open shifts by region, every day.

// What is in it

  • Visits scheduled, completed and missed, by region

  • Open shifts and how fast they are filled
  • Caregiver hours against limits you set
  • Exports for the accountant and funders

Scheduling, payroll and billing hub

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A care agency's office copies visit hours from the scheduler into payroll and into invoices for families and funders, by hand, every pay period.

// What we would build

An integration hub between scheduling, visit check-ins, payroll, billing and accounting, so a confirmed visit becomes payroll hours and an invoice line once, with every message logged.

// What is in it

  • Confirmed visits sent to payroll as hours
  • Invoice lines for families and funders from the same visits
  • Invoices and payments posted to accounting
  • A log of every message, with alerts
  • Documented, so the next system is easy to add

Visit records shared with families and funders

Hypothetical. Not a client, not a result.

// The problem

A home care agency, the families it serves and a public funder each keep their own record of which visits happened, and disputes over missed or shortened visits take weeks to settle.

// What we would build

Each visit's check-in and check-out recorded on a private permissioned ledger the agency and the funder run nodes of, with families able to see their own parent's visits, so nobody can quietly change a visit after the fact. If the agency's own records are trusted by everyone, a database with the same views is simpler, and we will say so.

// What is in it

  • Check-in and check-out recorded at the visit
  • Families see their own parent's visits
  • Funders check visits without asking for timesheets
  • No party can change a visit record alone
  • Only visit times are shared, never care notes

// questions

What buyers in this industry ask us.

Do you work with small home care agencies?

Yes. A caregiver app or a dashboard suits a small agency, and the estimator shows the range for your scope.

Does the software give medical advice?

No. It records visits, notes and messages and routes them to people. Care decisions stay with your team.

How do payments work?

A deposit to start, then payments at agreed milestones, with 10% held until 30 days after launch. The deposit is a smaller share on larger projects.

Who owns the code?

You do, once the work is paid for.

// where we work
