Ministries, agencies and the firms that supply them make up much of the city's work. Public bodies in BC follow the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, which has its own rules on where personal information may be stored and who may see it.

Visitors all year

Cruise ships, ferries and flights bring visitors through the harbour most of the year. Booking, guest messaging and tour scheduling decide how well a small operator copes with a busy day.

A messaging agent on the website, the guest app and text messages that answers from the property's own information, books spa times and late checkouts through the hotel's systems, and hands to the front desk with the conversation attached. It uses a frontier model through its API: hotel information is public, guests write in many languages, and it is the fastest way to start.

Can you work on systems for BC public bodies?

Yes, as a supplier. We host in Canada when the body's policy requires it, and build to the privacy and security rules it sets.

Do you have a Victoria office?

No. We are based in Kelowna and work remotely with every client. Calls are on Teams, and everything we build is visible in your client portal as it happens.

How do we get a price?
